Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx Economy with tracking and drop-off without signature. 

Shipping is included on all orders over $25 in the continental U.S.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

At The Learning Journey, we are proud to offer the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase from CostcoNext - The Learning Journey please return the unused item in its original packaging and the original box.  Your purchase can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The Learning Journey reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.
